Sky's The Limit (not a reference to that track by Step... :P )

So now I have EWQL's bundle and Komplete 8 as well as some nifty tools for mixing/mastering (and of course the guitar equipment), I feel like I have almost everything I need to make any music I set my mind to. My next goal is to get a good microphone then I'd finally have everything I need to conquer the universe.

It's been a long time coming and I've struggled for a long time to get here (years), and sure, quite a lot of it could do with upgrading (Komplete 8's orchestral instruments are very weak and still have to use some to cover areas that are missing from EWQL's instruments). But I finally feel like my tools match my creativity rather than limit it. :)

    It's a good feeling.

Congrats - sounds pretty cool! I also work with the komplete ultimate 8 and lots of EWQL stuff. Which instruments did you choose? Komplete is awesome because of absynth, fm8, massive and reaktor - you will love them all!

Well the new toys are from the EWQL batch, I've had Komplete 8 for over a year now. :3
I chose Hollywood strings, brass and woodwinds, Ra, Stormdrum 2 (should have got the bundle...), symphonic choirs (bundle), pianos and Spaces as a freebie.

And I do love Absynth, FM8 and Massive though I've never really got on with Reaktor. ^^

That's fantastic man! I will be looking forward to your new work with your new gear. I cannot wait to have all of my gear as well; the feeling must be awesome!

P.S. Ra is an amazing bundle of sounds! :)
